VTrade (Provider) Terms and Conditions

The following Terms apply to all new and existing VTrade accounts unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• All VTrade accounts are subject to these Terms as well as the VT Markets General Terms and Conditions.
• The VTrade service is only available in accordance with applicable laws and/or regulations.
• New VTrade accounts are subject to approval at VT Markets’ sole discretion.
• Individuals who apply for a VTrade account must ensure that doing so does not contravene any applicable laws and/or regulations.
• VT Markets reserves the right to close and/or withhold access to a VTrade account if it is found in breach of these Terms and/or any other applicable Terms. In case of such breach or misconduct, VT Markets reserves the right to cancel and/or retract any deposits, account balances, and/or account bonuses from the account.
• VT Markets may at any time make changes to these Terms and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified Terms on the VT Markets website. You are advised to review these Terms regularly. By your continued use of VTrade and/or any VT Markets services, you indicate acceptance of any such modified terms. VT Markets reserves the right to modify or cancel any accounts and/or offers at its sole discretion at any time.
• VT Markets may at any time, at its sole discretion, cease or discontinue the VTrade service.
• Any offers and/or recommendations made by VTrade Providers are provided at their own discretion and do not represent the opinions and/or recommendations of VT Markets.
• VT Markets will not be liable for any loss, costs, expense, or damage which may be suffered in connection with the use of VTrade and which by law may not be excluded by these Terms.
• If these Terms are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the terms shall prevail where there is any inconsistency.
• The provider of the VTrade service is VT Markets LLC (SVG Limited Liability Company number 673LLC2020)
